2 Eligibility & Registration

4 Deposit & Payment

9 Account Closure

• Terminated by Player: You may request account closure at any time through customer support. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be refunded after applicable deductions.

10 Privacy & Personal Data

Should the dispute remain unresolved within 30 days, it will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA). The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
